Was having a nightmare with a leaking pipe in front of my house. Called Phast Rooter and spoke to someone who was super informative and helpful. Thankfully he had time to come do my repair right away. Most places I called didn't understand this was an urgent matter. Jimmy was the person who came to my house. He was extremely professional and was able to solve my problem so PHAST. When I described the problem to him when I called in, he had grabbed the parts he thought I needed and was able to fix my issue on the spot. Didn't over charge me, as a matter of fact he gave me an exceptional price. I'm extremely happy and will definitely use him again and recommend him to family and friends.

I can't recommend Jimmy Pham at Phast Rooter enough! He came out the morning the issue arose, which is nearly unheard of these days. From start to finish, the communication was top notch.
